Sera World is about a magical world that placed above a Neutral Land or in another name a human world. Sera World is a hundred times bigger than Neutral Land. We, human, are nothing compared to them, we're weak and they're strong. Sera World protect Neutral Land from falling but Neutral Land citizens never know that Sera World exist. Sera World consists of 2 country that control the whole world, Fluvia and Blackblood and 1 Magic Government. The kings from Fluvia and Blackblood are brothers. They rule the world together in peace.

One day a huge tragedy that shocked the whole world happen. The king from each country were killed. No one know what's the cause and because of that the whole world lost their mind. They blame each other and start war everywhere. Magic Government tries with all their might to unite each country again but there's no use. At that time a baby born from each country, they were born for leading the war. Magic Government knows that and they steal the babies and throw them to Neutral Land to keep them save. Since that each country stop the war because no one leads them.

For now the war ended but they're gonna face another war that will lead to the end of the world.
